11th - ‘Marketing - Developing Your Key Messages & How to Use them’ - What is the point of your organisation? What does it do and why?. From recruiting volunteers to raising funds or reporting to donors, understanding and using your organisation to develop focus and recognition. It’s hard to communicate if your message is fuzzy. The course will guide you through the process of developing your key messages and make practical plans on how to use them best.

17th – ‘Mangement Committee Skills’ – This session will show how an organisation can run legally and successfully by increasing awareness of a management committee’s roles and and responsibilities, by understanding individual and collective roles and responsibilities and how to meet an organisation’s obligations.
